Acceptance of Terms:
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing your order.

Our Products:
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the safety of your child and their guests, accidents can happen. Some of our products may be unsuitable for children under 3 years of age. Please take all reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary accidents. Please make sure all children are supervised at all times to prevent injury or harm to themselves or others.

Security and Privacy:
What's in the Box Ltd's main priority is security of our site for you as the customer. Your order form goes through a secure server to protect your credit card details then once the transaction has been authorised by your bank, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. In addition when we receive your data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us. Your privacy is assured when you send us your contact details. We do not and will not pass your details onto any third parties.

Orders, Price and Payment:
Product will be added to or removed from the site form time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
All prices shown on this site are inclusive of GST at 12.5%. If the current rate of GST should change, our prices will change accordingly. Prices may increase or decrease form time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase, are the prices you will pay.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, or Internet Banking, in New Zealand Dollars only. Payment by other means must be arranged prior to placing an order.

Delivery:
Orders will be accepted by What's In The Box Ltd, for delivery in New Zealand and internationally. Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.
Once your order and payment is received the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you as soon as possible. The goods should arrive at your designated delivery address within 3 to 5 working days (within New Zealand).  For international orders we will contact you with a time estimation.
The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to any Post Office Box or Private Bag address. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Our delivery is via a reputable courier company. The courier charges vary depending on where you are situated and will appear on the screen as you go to process your payment. We will endeavour to have the products to you as soon as possible however sometimes courier delays are out of our control.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase. Once goods are confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address, the liability becomes that of the consignee.

 

Small Parcels Nationwide  $6.95 (up to 2kg or 0.012m3).

 

Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please return within 5 days of receipt to us.
The goods must be unopened and in the condition you received them and we will exchange or refund your purchase.
Any refunds or exchanges agreed upon will be for the price of the goods only - courier or freight costs are non-refundable, except where courier damage has occurred, or at the discretion of What's In The Box Ltd.
For exchange of goods a further courier charge may apply.
Please note the goods are your responsibility until we receive them and we do not take any responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned goods. The refund will be provided in the same form of payment originally used for making the purchase within 7 working days of us receiving the goods.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes do happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake.

Limitation of Liability:
What's In The Box Limited are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if What's In The Box Limited was advised of the possibility of such damages.
